The Turner Centre – Kerikeri

The chef owner’s of Food at Wharepuke, Colin Ashton and Rachael Goldfinch are delighted to have joined other progressive Kerikeri businesses in sponsoring the wonderful facility – The Turner Centre Kerikeri.

The Turner Centre provides such diverse entertainment for all ages of Kerikeri residence and beyond. A wonderful cultural and educational facility for all to enjoy.

Colin and Rachael warmly invite you to dine with us BEFORE or AFTER a show at The Centre. Just make it known what time you have to be there and we will make sure you are there on time. A coffee and dessert, shared with friends, is a great way to finish the day after a show.

Adventure Puketi

Dining in the forest is our new product designed in conjunction with successful restaurant owner/chef Colin Ashton, who has a wealth of experience travelling through Europe and America with stars such as Shania Twain, Red Hot Chilli Peppers. He has a passion for presenting the very best of the Northland flavours while specialises in European and Thai food.

In a clearing on the edge of the Puketi rain forest is our setting, Marquees, special lighting effects or UNDER THE STARS (subject to the weather)

Every function has a menu designed especially for it, depending on numbers and budget.Special requests e.g. vegetarian catered for, there is flexibility.

Pig or Lamb on a SPIT with pre dinner canapés and a beverage. Only the best of Northlands produce is used. Roasted to perfection and includes fresh local seasonal vegetables and all the trimmings.
